RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
No refunds. Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hrs. from date of purchase and if received and customer changes their mind, they're allotted 1 calendar day to return tresses in exchange for another desired look. Exchanges will only be honored on new, unused and untampered with tresses. All original tags must be attached and hair must be returned with all original packaging.
